With him,
an ocean wave knocks me over
quickens my tumbling breath under
electrical currents surge through my body
atoms clash, passion circulates hot veins, quickening pulse
and I am racing freestyle, breast and backstroke
through uphill tides,
moving with and against white caps of motion
lust and love merge like a channel into a bay
muscles of riptides tense
sea’s powerful spray,
my soft breasted sigh
his conch shell heart humming
inside of mine.

VERY INTENSE,VERY GOOD !!
ReplyDeletePhenomenal piece of work...WELL WRITTEN
ReplyDeletePassionate and complex like the woman who wrote it.
ReplyDeleteSo much clashing together here in both interior and exterior settings, and yet suggested without any prurience. I smile at this pome.
ReplyDeleteI love you poetry,Diane... great job
